If I place more than one order on the same day, will I be charged for postage?

No need to worry. Shipping is free on all orders. If we notice you have ordered more than once before it is processed we will put your order together in one package.

Can I add to an order I have just placed or change it?

The good news: Our amazing team works hard to pick, pack and post your order to you the moment it’s placed. The bad news: This means once your order is confirmed, it can’t be altered.

Where is my order confirmation?

When your order is placed online you will receive email confirmation of your order that we have received your order and then finally an email confirming it has been shipped. Sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please email our friendly Customer Care Team.

How do I change my delivery address?

To make changes to your address details simply login to your Account. Here you can edit, delete or add an address. You may also add an address at the checkout page after you have logged in or created your account.

How do I track my order?

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your order is at all times. For questions regarding the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please quote your name and order number.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Australia and New Zealand.

How will I know when my items have shipped?

When your order is placed online you will receive email confirmation of your order that we have received your order and then finally an email confirming it has been shipped.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via the Australia Postal Service. If you are not home to receive your order, Australia Post will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, or Australia Post will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or miss-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. We advise you contact Australia Post for all missing parcels or where you have input the incorrect address.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Postage is free of charge Australia wide only. Orders are processed within 12-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Customers will recieve the orders in 5-7 business days.

Returns

My item is faulty, what do I do?

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by our Customer Service Team to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange or refund. If an item is found to be faulty we will refund your money in full or offer a replacement. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 859 511.

How do I create a return?

We have a 30 Day money back guarantee. If the products do not give you any results, please return for a full refund. You will need to contact us first within 30 days of receiving the product. You may elect to receive a store Credit which you may use immediately or a get a full refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please fill in this form. We will then be in touch with you regarding your return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 42-46 Micro Circuit, Dandenong South VIC 3175. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service Team on 1300 859 511.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our Customer Service Team.
